Can not use the leaning path tutorial

I was trying to use the learning path tutorial to learn the inventor. At the beginning it was totally fine. However several days ago the computer crashed when I am using it and after I restarted the computer, I found that I can no longer use the learning path. The error looks like this:

I have tried to uninstall all autodesk product and install it again. But the problem still exist. Anybody know how to solve it?

I had this ..it's becoming a known issue

Make sure you install all of the updates ...

I'd like to kindly ask you for your feedback on this thread. Please share your experience. Did you follow mdavis22569's advice? Did it work? What else have you done? Could you also make some statements about your configuration, OS, Inventor Version, ...

Thanks Davis. However I found that my issue is a little different with the link you provide. The error message is different. I tried the method in the link but it seems that it did not help Currently I am just ignoring it.
