Can not access Autodesk Products

Hi there,

I've purchased the manufacturing collection of Autodesk Products, however I can not see them in the "Products and services" section of my profile.

I am using the same profile I used to purchase the products, it has been 3 business days since then.

Tried contact support via live chat, automated chat bot, phone call (Australia) and support ticket two business days ago to no avail.

Yes I tried the "Can't find a product?" button.

Also no confirmation email of purchase.

Am I missing something obvious? Or an Autodesk support could help with this please.

Thanks

Did you receive an Autodesk generated email welcoming you to you your new products?  If you did, the email address that received the welcome will be the email address where your software is registered.

If someone placed the order for you (purchasing department?) - check with whoever actually placed the order because they may have received the confirmation email - and they will now have your license.

It is easy to fix up in your Autodesk Account (or with the help of your reseller or Autodesk AVA) - but to get up and running, you need to find that confirmation email - then use it to log into the Autodesk Account to get started.

No product welcome email, I've checked my junk email too. Another welcome email to the Autodesk community.

My own work email was used to make the purchase, we don't have an admin for the drafting department. (though I am the admin now). I did not go through a reseller.

I got a verification email to verify my account. I successfully verified through that email link within minutes of singing up my account.

However what I did notice is that I verified the email AFTER making the purchase so I wonder if that caused an issue.

Oh dear - it looks like you're in the hands of Autodesk AVA.  (I guess that's another advantage of a reseller - you can phone them!)

I haven't used AVA for a while, but when I did, you could enter "chat with agent" and often I would end up live-chatting with a human - who were always fantastic people to deal with.

Thanks for your help,

I'll have to keep trying the AVA at different times of day (maybe because timezones) as it currently says "Agent unavailable". And a callback Ill try too.

Accepted solution

I've managed to get into contact with Autodesk Support.
Turns out the issue was on our end after talking to accounts.

Ill purchase again, through a reseller.

Thanks, solved
