Cam software for inventor 2010

Hey Guys I am looking for a intergrated cam software for inventor 2010, I was using solidworks with camwork before which is intergrated into solidworks. You can make changes to the part and it update in both software.

Thank you.

make sure to call and ask to ensure compatibility with 2010 as it's new and typically it can take the parteners a little while to update their software to the newest revisions.

I'd be curious if anyone uses InventorCAM and what they think about it.

Thats funny. Seems Solidcam and Inventorcam are the exact same programs. (made by the same company anyways). Seems like Solidcam is supposed to be for Solidworks and Inventorcam is for Inventor, but they say solidcam works with Inventor.

Is anyone having the same issues using inventor CAM as we currently are? Crashing!!!! at least once on every new part I machine. also crashes inventor itself due to inventor while in inventor cam. Either Autodesk dont know abouth this issue or dont care but would have thought they would have issues with a inventor related company having a CAM system that crashes there product.

Yes you should be contacting inventorcam makers if you are having problems.

Have you tried http://cam.autodesk.com/

Not sure if you need 3D or if 2.5D is sufficient but I've been using hsmexpress and its amazing..and free (for 2.5D anyways)

And as its an Autodesk company now its getting their full support.
