Bug in BOM?

I'm making hundreds of similar assemblies from which I export the BOM. Then, I have an Excel file which collects the data from all the BOM's and basically gives me an overview of the totals of each component in this project. This works great, but now I have an assembly in which I've set the view properties of the structured BOM to all levels (as with all the other assemblies) but for some reason it doesn't show all the levels of all the components. There's one subassembly where my components were not exported in the BOM. When I set the view properties to first level and then back to all levels everything was fine. I think this might be a bug inside Inventor, but I'm not sure.

I saw this because I have an Excel file where I can see the totals, and it didn't add up. But this makes me doubt everything that I shouldn't be doubting. I want to be sure that every component will be listed.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug? Or did I do something wrong which caused this?

I added a screenshot to show what the BOM looked like.

Can you make sure the assembly BOM structure for that sub-assembly is set to NORMAL and not PURCHASED or INSEPERABLE.

The BOM structure of all components except one is normal. The one exception if some kind of frame (2D sketch with workplanes/axis) where the BOM structure is set to reference.

Are you able to share the files?

Here are the files, but as I said when I changed the view properties to first level and then back to all levels everything was like I'd expect so I'm not able to recreate this.

I can't replicate it either. I can't say that I've seen it do that before, just keep an out for it happening again.

Hi! It sounds like a bug to me. Somehow the top-level BOM is not able to look into the subassembly BOM. If you can reproduce the behavior, please let us know asap.

Many thanks!
