Browser bar keeps disappearing

I have the browser bar on my second monitor and it keeps randomly disappearing and changing into just an x box (the close button) and a tiny tiny window around it.

If I click view > user interface and uncheck then recheck the browser bar box it works fine again.

I assume this is a bug?

Hello James,

We cannot confirm this is a product issue unless there is a way to reproduce it.  Try this method to restore the browser bar:

1. Close Autodesk Inventor

2. Open the Windows Registry Editor and navigate to the following folder:

   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Sotware\Autodesk\Inventor\RegistryVersionXX.X\DockingAreasRibbon\BrowserBar\

3. Ensure the value of the dword key named "Visible" is '1' (one)

4. Close the registry editor and restart Inventor

If the problem persists, back-up your customizations and run the Inventor Reset Tool, as described in the article linked below:

   http://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/How-to-use-Inventor-Reset-Utility-to-reset-the-local-environme...

I hope this helps.
