CPU > GPU
Single thread performance for CPU is most important.
Examples are
i7-7700K 4 cores + hyperthreading running at 4.2Ghz with a 4.5Ghz boost
i7-8700K 6 cores + hyperthreading running at 3.7Ghz with a 4.7Ghz boost
i9-9900K 6 cores + hyperthreading running at 3.6Ghz with a 5Ghz boost
Best bang for the buck would be the i5-9600KF

GPU:
Just get a GPU that is DX11 or newer with more than 4GB of VRAM
An AMD RX470-4GB or nVidia GTX1050-4GB is more than you need.
Quadro cards seem nice because of 'support' but there is none.
If you are a big company with hundreds of workers, yes go with Quadro cards because of the hardware support.
Don't buy Quadro cards for software support. There isn't any.
Also. Don't cheap out on ram.
Get the fastest ram you can afford for your CPU and get lots of it.

i7-7700K @4.5GHz (no overclock)
4x16GB DDR4 RAM @2400MHz
Z270 Motherboard
nVidia GTX1050Ti with 4GB of Vram
256GB NVMe SSD (Windows + Vault files)
1TB Mechanical HDD for non-Inventor files
2x27" 2560x1440 HP Monitor
Logitech MX Master mouse
3D Connexxion Space Navigator
Logitech Keyboard
