Hi, I need to know what PC parts do you recomend for a dektop. I usually work with small assembly, but now for exemple  I am working with a assembly with 3000 parts (750Mb). 

I only work with big asemblies 2-3 times for year.

Notes:

-I don´t want the best. +-1000$

-I only work with inventor and autocad

-I don´t do renderings

16GB or 32GB RAM

1T SSD or NVMe drive

Higheset clock CPU you can fit in your budget.  Core counts not critical.

A Quadro video card if possible.  If not latest and fastest game card you can afford.

What is more important the CPU or the graphic card? What is the best i7-8700 or R7 2700x? What is the Gpu that you recomend?

I like i7 with hyper-threading.

Some benchmark prove HT is slower.

I don't like AMD but they're ahead of Intel now.

I'll pick a nVidia RTX within your budget.

Again because I don't like AMD/ATI.

CPU > GPU

Single thread performance for CPU is most important.

Examples are

i7-7700K 4 cores + hyperthreading running at 4.2Ghz with a 4.5Ghz boost

i7-8700K 6 cores + hyperthreading running at 3.7Ghz with a 4.7Ghz boost

i9-9900K 6 cores + hyperthreading running at 3.6Ghz with a 5Ghz boost

Best bang for the buck would be the i5-9600KF

GPU:

Just get a GPU that is DX11 or newer with more than 4GB of VRAM

An AMD RX470-4GB or nVidia GTX1050-4GB is more than you need.

Quadro cards seem nice because of 'support' but there is none.

If you are a big company with hundreds of workers, yes go with Quadro cards because of the hardware support.

Don't buy Quadro cards for software support. There isn't any.

Also. Don't cheap out on ram.

Get the fastest ram you can afford for your CPU and get lots of it.
