Is it possible to get the bend lines to line up with the flange edge? We're machining V-grooves into these plates so it's not necessary to have any kind of relief. I've set my bend corners to tear and intersection, but it causes us to do a lot of extra work in AutoCAD adjusting exported plate dxfs.

Can you show what you are looking to do and what you are doing in acad. Can some of what you are doing be done manually in the flat pattern itself?

The goal is for all corner flanges to intersect with the bend lines.
I could go into the flat pattern and make a point and extrude each flange to the point. but there's hundreds of panels per project, and panels usually have at least 4 flanges. I played with the bend radius and got it extremely close, but the problem is that we need them to intersect so the V groove tool has a clear path.
