No, Regarding Trial versions, Autodesk provides only the latest versions for download in Autodesk sites.

To download Previous versions you must have an active  account.

Yes you can..  Go to Autodesk AVA, type download and follow prompts.  Make sure to indicate you have an existing license.  Its just a question and no checking occurs to see if you do.

Technically yes but not everybody wants the latest version.   Lately AVA steps are making it harder to get stuff done.  It was designed to assist customers in getting answers but IMO its not going in the right direction to do that..
