Autodesk Inventor Installation fail

We are trying to install autodesk inventor 2016.  

We tried and it failed.  Last time we tried this we were able to get in touch with an Autodesk Customer Service Rep and we did a chat.  He gave us another link in which to install inventor 2016.  It worked.

Unfortunately that new laptop died the first day we got it.  We now have a new laptop and are having the same issue - Autodesk fails to install.  But we can not find the online chat.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Use the Autodesk Virtual Agent to download these 3 files and make a back-up and you will never ever have to download 2016 again.
