AutoDesk account page not displaying properly.

I've just signed into my Autodesk account intending to download & install Inventor 2016. This is the first time I have used the account rather than the subscription centre. I can see the L.H. tabs with headings for 'All', 'Products' 'Services' etc. but there is nothing displayed in the R.H. side of the page which is where, I assume, I should find the links to downloads. Software is on subscription.

Any ideas anyone?

Here's what my account looks like when I'm on the "All" tab (see attached JPEG). I don't own any subscriptions or licenses on my personal account, but this looks like where they might show up if I did.

I'm missing all of that R.H. side.

Strange... even if you have "All" selected on the left?

Interesting, sorry you're having this issue.

This page might be of help to you: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus/downloads-upgrades/finding-download

If none of the help links provide a solution you could try the "submit a support request" link.

This is odd, your link led me back to the account page so I signed in again & now everything displays properly. May have been a page glitch or the browser having a bad moment but it seems OK now. Thanks for your time.

You also might try using Internet Explorer or Firefox and seeing if they show up then.

Also, just making sure, the subscription belongs to your personal account, correct?
