Attempting to change text in parts list results in weird behavior

Every time I try to change the text, manually, in a parts list I get very strange behavior. I can enter some, then it's erased (on its own). Sometimes it just won't let me select the cell.

In the video I've attached, you can see that I start by highlighting one cell. When I go to type the cell deselects itself. I then attempt to click somewhere inside that cell to try again, to no avail.

I drop down to the next cell. Exact same behavior.

I go back to the first cell and get lucky, I attempt to write the text "tomorrow"... but Inventor cuts me off before I can finish.

I then drop down to the cell below and attempt to enter a string of numbers from 1-9. Again, Inventor cuts me off.

One more on the cell below, I attempt to write "testing".  This time Inventor deletes the my first two letters and allows me to type a third.

This is not an issue with my computer nor with my keyboard.  I have tested in in multiple programs with no issue. I did, however, install the latest update for 2025.  So I'm using 2025.1.1

I've never experienced this in any version of Inventor, so I'm unable to give you an answer.  It sounds as if Inventor is losing focus for some reason, but that would be computer related.

This has happened to me (not in Inventor) when trying to type on a laptop and my hand brushes the touchpad, essentially clicking away from where I was typing-- highly annoying!
