Atomic iMate missing Geometry

I have a library of iparts/iassemblies that contain a variety of imates, typically specific to each ipart/iassembly member. All parts and imates work without issue and have not caused any problems with functionality. However, the "design doctor" lists errors on these parts saying that "Atomic iMate missing geometry". This is because these iparts have different imates per members of the factory. (i.e. a baseplate with a hole pattern and a baseplate without). This is due to the hole pattern not existing in the other factory members. I have tried a variety of different solutions but to no avail. Is there a workaround for this? Am I able to turn off the error messages for this specific error either through settings or using ilogic? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! In the members that have the suppressed hole pattern, is the iMate suppressed too? Please share the files here so the forum experts can take a closer look to understand the issue better.
