Appearances Not Correct for Drawing of Presentation - Inventor 2017

When creating a view of a presentation, my appearances aren't carrying into the drawing view. I have tried ticking and unticking the associative view with no success. Has anybody figured out a method to get the appearances to carry through from the presentation? When I place the root assembly in the drawing, it comes through correctly. The top image is the drawing. The bottom is the presentation.

Hi jporter,

Welcome to the forum.

See the second solution (post Post 17 ) at this link, maybe that will help:

I hope this helps.

It also appears that I need to go to the .ipt and change the material appearance. I had the appearance overridden, but not selected from the top drop down. If it was only overrridden by face, that doesn't carry into the drawing, even though it does carry through the .iam and the .ipn.
