Appear "0" when i dim chain inventor

When i dim chain on this file .idw, it apear "0" at all chain, on the other file .idw i do not see this problem.

I think your drawing style is aligning the dimensions instead of setting them vertical. Check "Edit Styles" to make sure. See similar thread here:

No, i don't think so. I have solved this problem by i adjust the part file, i have not constrained the line to parallel origin coordinates. After that, i update all model, and create a new section. Ok, i appreciate your support. Thank you very much.
