angle dimension dimensions to large angle

Is there a setting that sets the dimensioning of angles to default like this? I can't seem to get it to dimension the smaller angle.

Right-click when placing, or edit your dimension to REMOVE the selected option "Opposite Angle":

This option is not selected. I found if I change this "option"  in my dimension style to this it resolves the issue.
