Analyze Interference - change colour from red

The "Analyze Interference" function is very handy. However, it always seem to highlight the interfering volume in red. This is good when using steel parts:

but it's not good when the parts are painted red!

Is there a way of changing this colour to something other than red? I have tried looking through the "Colors" settings in Application Options but nothing seems to work. Is this possible?

For now I've had to change the colour on all my parts before doing the interference check.

Someone elsewhere has suggested a good work-around - switching to wireframe view.
