Hi! Are you talking about ANSI bolts and nuts? Please make sure they are included in your CC Libraries and enabled in the project. Please follow the instruction below.

1) Close all documents.

2) Go to Getting Started tab -> Project -> click on a small button on the border on the right at the bottom -> click one more time -> Configure CC. Check and see if ANSI is checked. If not, check it. If you don't see ANSI there, it means you did not install ANSI CC Library.

3) Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Autodesk Inventor Content Center Library 2017 -> right-click -> Uninstall/Change -> Repair Install.

Many thanks!

Believe he is referring to Army Navy military standard fasteners and no, they are not included in content center.

Don't assume we know what "AN" stands for.  Provide exact details and we can go from there (providing the solution or answer).
