Hi! It looks like a corrupted install. Where did you download the install? Please reboot the machine, uninstall Inventor and reinstall. Make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and the graphics driver is updated. Then apply the applicable 2018 updates.

Hello,
This was the original download licensed to ETP Irthenkauf & Scharpf GmbH.
But I'm missing the complete installation data because two years ago I've deleted a lot of data from the laptop because I needed the storage capacity.
Now I need a download link for the Inventor 2018.
I'm able to send you the license code if necessary.

Hi Christoph,

I don't believe there is a public download for 2018 any more, since it is considered out-of-warranty. When I log in to my account (manage.autodesk.com), only 2020 and later versions are available. Please contact our reseller near you for further assistance.
