Adding tweaks in the middle of a sequence

I am wondering if there is a way to move multiple explosions in an exploded view without deleting the tweaks, adding new tweaks and putting back in the tweaks you deleted. Attached is a screen shot. Say I want the hardware and plate circled notched to the left as drawn with the hardware tweaks lines to go with it. This is a simple example but I've worked on larger assemblies where I've wanted to add tweaks in the middle of a sequence like this and had to delete everything, add the tweaks, then put the tweaks back in. The second screen shot shows the new tweaks with the previous tweak lines not moving with it.

This is 2015. I haven't been able to find any kind of solution to this or even people having this problem on any version of inventor. It's almost like exploded views in inventor need an "End of Part" function like part files where you can drag it up to temporarily get rid of other features, put in what you want, then move the "End of Part" down to put those features back in. But instead of features it's tweaks in an exploded view. See screen shot below
