Adding Custom Materials to Autodesk Inventor Library

This seems like a silly thing to have to ask, but how do I add new Materials to the AutoDesk Inventor Library?

The only way I've been able to thus far is by creating a new material in the Assembly I'm currently in, but I need it in the actual library.

I have attached an image showing how other previous employees have accomplished this just to show what I mean.

The materials categorized as "uncategorized" are the ones that were added manually.

Thanks in advance as this has been quite the task with no luck yet!
