Add Ins not always loading

I've always had problems with Add-Ins not loading correctly..It shows they are loaded and they are checked to load automaticly but they never work right away...It's always days or a week later they'll just pop up. Right now I'm having problem with the Navisworks Utility. When I go to the tools and Addins it shows that it's loaded but I cant find the tool anywhere I've restarted multiple times and still nothing....I am at a lost here, and wondering if there is a fix.

Heres the tool

Although I'm currently installing that Navisworks tool I didn't think it supported Inventor based on its information...

Can you screenshot (and share) the Navisworks add-in that you're talking about that you see in Inventor?

Switchback is for when you are in Navisworks and need to go back to Inventor Factory Design.

It could be you may not have an FDS license available at the time you want to use it or there may not yet be a Navisworks project that has the Inventor information in it.
