Add-in not loading

When first charge reciend Inventor installed, add-ins dynamic simulation and stress analysis usually open. But when I opened them again are disabled

I used the add-in Manager but even that is configured to load automatically whenever the problem persists. Still appear in gray and can not use them.

I appreciate if anyone has a solution or information that could help me solve this problem.
