Inventor 3D Sketch Cannot Create Tangent Constraint Of Arc

Hi 

I have attached a 3 sketch image and inventor file. The red circled areas I couldn't create tangent constrain of arc to line or with the planes on both sides. bend feature also not coming. 

On the top I apply tangent with plane, but it not touching ( Blue circle )

Please any one can help me.

Green line and purple lines are not on same plane.  Of course you can't add tangent.  You can add radius there.

Yep,  Almost similar to 1st image and then do a mirror image. How to get that ?

(BTW - I have already determined that I am going to start over from scratch with my first attempt to get the correct model. If I am going to start over from scratch using what I learned from my first attempt, that should be a good clue that it might be advantageous for you to start over from scratch.)  Frankly, I am a bit embarrassed that I attached my first attempt as it is.

Please see the attached image below. The sketch indicated by red arrow are ok.  

I couldn't get how how to get that sketch indicated by blue arrow ? I thought it was by projecting on plane, but I don't see any planes ?

I am just tried your way, I am stuck in the half way. Still I didn't get how did you project those left images to an angle with out creating planes and how to put that radius feature to the big arc. 

You no need to draw, the sketch you did is well. Just explain me what commands and how ?

This will help me to do more complex 3D sketches by my self and able get out of maximum use from inventor.
