3D Connexion Rotation

Good morning all, I have had this Space Pilot Pro for a little bit now and have transferred jobs recently and developed an issue. It seems to be rotating around the part itself rather than the actual "screen" if that makes sense. This makes it incredibly annoying when attempting so move around, so much so that I've got to using the shift key. Is there a setting somewhere that I can change to swap out how everything is rotated? It seems silly but it's driving me nuts!

Check the settings for 3DConnexion when Inventor is active (I have a different SpaceMouse model, so can't give exact advice here). Look for the Advanced Settings.

I couldn't find anything in there that would warrant what is happening. I think it is something to do with Inventor itself (I could be wrong on this) but checking the settings in my mouse, I have everything setup the same way as the place I came from.

Then go to the application options and see what you can find:

Try different Rotation Center setting:

It has occurred to me that this device may not support what I am trying to do. I bought this one specifically because we used it at the last place of employment but they may have actually had the new enterprise version and I just bought the wrong one. I took a screen shot to confirm my suspicion.

You have latest driver? 10.8.12.3545

I'm using discontinued SpaceNavigator.

Yeah I've got that exact driver with automatic update enabled. For some reason I can't seem to get that menu.
