2019 Inventor Exporting Error/not working

Hello, I am new to the inventor forums. I have been using inventor for probably a year now, and no issues. A few days ago, I was trying to export one of my models as a stl to 3D print. However when I did this, the options tab was gray and when I clicked save, and error came up. I have already tried rebooting it, and nothing.

Hi! What exact Inventor 2019 build are you running (Help -> About)? Please install 2019.4 update followed by 2019.4.5 update.
