Hello,
In previous versions of Inventor, an attempt to delete a drawing view that had associated children, a dialog popped up asking if you wanted to delete the associated views as well, allowing you to keep those, if any, you wanted. That is no longer an option. Instead this appears:
...and all associated views are lost if "OK" is selected.
Is there any way to restore the previous behavior? It was a very useful option, in that those views needed did not need to be recreated.

I don't have an answer for you , but I sure hope that can be restored. I use that a lot to quickly clean up copies of drawings, discarding the ones I don't want selectively.

This is what I see in 2017 when I select a view with dependents. If I select a view that is projected and etc.. I see the message you are seeing.
Update: But maybe there was an issue in the RTM version and was updated in SP1.. I have R2/SP1 version installed.
