2016 Inventor - Change dimension type not there!

In previous versions of Inventor (2013), when you are under dimension and right click, you're given the choice of radius or diameter. In 2016, I don't see this, how do I toggle between the two?

I think you first have to dimension a arc and before placing it you can right-click and change the type of dimension.

Hi for the 2016 release, as in the 2013 release, you have to click before the arc/circle, then right click.
