Inventor ETO missing Intent Model Browser, Stoplight toolbar button, more...

I have freshly installed Inventor Professional 2017, and Inventor ETO 2017.  Upon loading an Intent assembly, the Intent Model Browser does not automatically appear although it should.  And upon creating a new assembly using an Intent template, the Intent Model Browser still does not appear although it should.  I also do not have the stoplight toolbar button present nor the ETO design editor in the ETO panel of the ribbon's Tools tab.

I have tried reinstalling (from the Uninstall choice of the installer) both Inventor Pro & ETO.  Same situation.  I have also uninstalled both completely and reinstalled both with reboots after installing and activating each.

Windows 10.

(I had all of this working last week on a brand new laptop, but unfortunately the laptop died and I am trying to get it working again on a different PC).

Any ideas how I can get ETO to be fully-present?  Thanks!

Hi,

The UI is not enabled by default.

To get access to it, create new Intent model, and expand View\User Interface. Ensure that Intent Model is checked.

Thank you,
