Inventor 2019 SDK Developertools install error

I am trying to install the developertools.msi for Inventor 2019 and I get and error message that says, "Could not access network location \Common7\IDE\VC".  It gives me options to Try Again or Cancel.  Try Again gives the same error so I have to cancel the install.

I have checked all of my install folders for Visual Studio and they all have the "Common7\IDE\VC" folders in them.  I am not sure how to get past this.

That's strange.  I just tried installing it on my machine and it installed without any problems.  What version of Visual Studio are you using?  I'm not sure if that matters, but I'm using VS 2017.

Hi All,

Installation team has already noticed this issue with older version of Visual studio. New "developerstools.msi" is available to fix this issue. For more details, refer below forum link.
