Can't install student version

I am trying to install a student free version of autocad 2017 but have been unsuccessful. The message " something is preventing the software from launching. Please call customer support" pops up?

Download the installation files from Autodesk Virtual Agent >>>click<<<, then start the installation from that local file(s), using option "start as administrator", disabled antivirus.
