You need to contact educational support who can change this in the back end. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support

@ennujozlagam School does matter now as it's what SheerID compares your evidence to.

I can't find a way to get into proper contact with educational support, I just found guides to troubleshoot the problem, but whenever I find a link to get in contact I just get sent back to https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

@oscar_smep6, Follow these steps..!!

1. Click on the Question mark on the bottom of the page.

2. You will see a screen like this.

3. Type in your query and follow the lead. Like you can type Create a support case, etc. 

Later on you will see 2 options to contact support. (Chat and creating a support case. Choose as per your convivence)
