Windows 11 - Efficiency mode issue

Good morning. I have an issue with Autocad from 2 days. When I go to choose the printer, the program crashes forcing me several times to force the restart of Windows.

Thinking it was an Autocad problem, I installed DWG TrueView. but I have the same problem there too.

Investing, I found that when I go to choose the printer, an Autocad and DWG TrueView process goes into efficiency mode. And I think that’s what’s blocking the program.

I tried to disable efficiency mode for that process however the command is disabled.

Does anyone else have the same problem as me?

Make sure all of your Windows and Autodesk updates are installed.

Then share a screenshot of the ABOUT dialog box, showing your build.

From there share a screenshot of your 3dconfig dialog box.

That answer does not help with AutoCAD.

Efficiency Mode can not be turned off for AutoCAD in Task Manager.
