nothing feature wise the difference is how you use the license meaning the student license cannot be used for profit purposes where the paid version can be

Student licensed versions are only good between the hours of 8 and 6 GMT, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

No, I'm just messing with you. There is no difference. Just don't make any money off what you're doing in a student version. It's for learning only, then pony up and get the paid version when you start earning money for CAD work. 🙂

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

A student version of any Autodesk Educational software must follow the same ruling or any information, documentations, models and/or files created while using a free student license is only for learning and training purposes.  Any of that information can not be shared with anyone, the public, in publications, internet/web or in any way that you or someone else can profit or make money from it.  In order to use the information in a commercial sense, you must subscribe (or purchase) to a commercial license and recreate all the assets from scratch or have someone else with a commercial license recreate information (from scratch).
