Are you sure that's the one Autodesk sent you? It has nothing to do with clearing browser cache or etc. This is an Autodesk AKN article I wrote to support the community. Most likely Autodesk wouldn't reference that.. Perhaps you did see (but make sure to review it).. 😁

I did manage to get a response that there is an issue. so i guess we wait at this point.

Yes, still the same error. I tried it a few times today.
My support case about the licensing issues hasn't been answered yet.
However, i got a reply to another question, from the same department.

We apologize for inconvenience caused to you. Currently we are facing some technical issue with the system & the concern team is working hard to resolve it.
Till the time we request you to co-operate with us and be patient.
In other words: they can't say when it will be fixed.
My guess is that it will be their scheduled downtime for next Friday.
Thanks for the update, I've only heard back the other day from support with directions on how to request a license which is broken, I've replied to them twice since then about it not working but have not received a response.
I've been having this issue too when I try to download any of the education software. I tried contacting customer service and they told me their working on my issue, but it has been weeks since I've heard from them. Can anybody else help with my issue?
