Have you tried another browser? Cleared browser cache and history and tried again?

I can get license details if i select for personal user however when if i select with or without network server that's when i get the error.
I get the same thing, I contacted the Educational Support Team about this, hopefully we will hear something back soon.
So i don't know about any of you but i got the below back, from support and its just the instructions on how to generate a license..... I kindly replied with a screen shot that was getting the same error. SO not really helpful.

Did you reply via email? If so any attachments are removed for security purposes. You need to go back to your posting on the forum and attach the info there....

Oh ok.. The way I read your other reply it sounded like you were trying to share something with the community..
Not sure if this will help but you may want to review this as well https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/article/195921 but if you don't have the serial # (as of yet) its not going to work either..

IM not sure if this as anything to do with it but on my account it says the below, however i cant even generate 2020 licenses. and if i try to registry the codes listed under it, at the link you provided it was not recognize them.

Sorry my bad.. When I looked quickly a your image I thought it said network deployment (but in your case its not network deployment).. The link I provided https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/article/195921 walks you through the new steps in creating a network license for educational license.
In the end I'm just a user here and unable to support anything that's controlled by Autodesk or the Educational department of Autodesk. However in the past couple of days a few have reported educational licnese request issues. But again nothing we as the supporting users of this forum can do about this.

I still get the same thing as you, they replied to my incident also but it just gave instructions on how to generate a serial number which is exactly the way I'm doing it.
Autodesk seems to have serious problems with their website (i can't access my support cases for example) and their license generation system is not working at all.
From what i can see in my account page, they have scheduled a maintenance for Friday, 20. September.
However, i hope they will fix this problem before that date, since we have several students that can't use Inventor until i receive a new network license.
Do you know any one that i can tag that works for autodesk but also looks at hte forums?

yep exactly what i got. I made it trough on a chat, as i was typing this.

We are facing some technical issue regarding the license generation. And, all the users are facing the same issue at present. So, our senior technical team is working to resolve the issue. We will get back to you once the issue gets resolved and get the confirmation from the team. We appreciate your patience.

Did you review the link I provided about generating a license file for educational use? But again you need to know the serial # up front and I'm not sure if your Autodesk account already has that info.
When it comes to Educational, normal Autodesk support or those who support this forum from Autodesk do not get involved with educational stuff. It only has to be done through the Educational support team. https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form

I know that page and this is the same as Support told me in Chat: read the manual, clear the browser cache etc.
However, it doesn't work, since the license Activation system doesn't work.
I also filed a support case and sent them an email through the link you provided.
No answer and no confirmation either.
