I am trying to download the free student version of Maya 2015, but after choosing the MAC OSX version I get this message:

We're sorry we cannot provide you with your license details at this time.
Possible solutions
  1. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  2. Use the Download button to download and install your software, and use it in "trial mode" for up to 30 days. Return to this page before the trial period ends to obtain your serial number by re-selecting your product's version, language, and operating system.

How can I solve this problem?

I don't think downloading the trial mode would help, because if i don't get the serial number after 30 days, I won't have the software either ways.

Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the Community. If you continue to encounter the same error even when you try logging in and downloading from a different browser or from a different computer, you may need to register and create a new Autodesk Account using a different email address instead. Kindly let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Hello!

I tried with a new account, but it's not working!

Is it possible to send my e-mail a serial number?

This way I can download the trial version and insert this number so I can get the 3 year student version?

Thank You!

From time to time the EDU license system gets swamped with requests and has to generate new batches of serials.  If you can wait a couple of days, try again later.

@jeffrey.sin  could you poke your head into the EDU licensing system and ensure they are, in fact, able to issue licenses right now?  That way we know the problem is somehwere downstream of there.

Is this related to an educational license?  If so, just run your product in 30 day trial mode until its resolve.  You can reach out to the Autodesk Educational Support team as well: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

You are clicking on link that was generated about 4 years ago so things change and those old links don't work..

However everybody is experiencing this issue lately. You must reach out to the educational support team for resolution and run your product in 30 day trial mode until it is resolved.

Also @natashal84  has indicated this in other postings.

This error message is related to a corrupt educational account, that the educational support team many need to assist you with. If it is not a severe account issue the other solutions are listed below:

Try going to Education Community <https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured> instead of signing in from top bar, please select the application first that you want to download. Then, click on Sign In you also may need to log out and re-login again, using the same method.

In addition, we request you to clear cache and cookies and re- try using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome.

Also try resetting your account or create a new one.

I tried to delete my cookies and all, sign out and re-sign in, but nothing worked.

What should I do now? Tried with 3 new student accounts too but in vain.
