Hi all

I'am currently trying to work home, connecting to my office network via VPN connection.

I get these messages when I type in my licence server name.

Any Ideas what I could do to make this work?

Regards

Bjarki

Hello @Anonymous,

Network Licensing over VPN has not been tested by Autodesk yet thus not recommended yet, the information provided may help you resolve the issue.

Please have your IT department review the following information as it is dependant on your environment:

a. If your network(is newer) uses the IPv6 protocol apply the: FNP_IP_PRIORITY environment variable

b. If your network uses the IPv4 protocol: No changes will need to be made

Let us know how it goes.

Based on the error message, this might be a DNS issue.  My suggestion would be to enter the IP address of the license server instead of the server name.
