This is what i tried from customer support:
1. Sign off from any Autodesk page including EDU portal ones
2. Open a new incognito mode session page and return to the education community and sign back in (https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&page=1)
3. Choose the “get product” option and trigger the download for the intended product
You will not need to re-install the software.
The product should now appear under your Autodesk account (manage.autodesk.com).
4. Please open the software and sign into your account to start the education license (click on Single User and Sign IN)
I cant see my product in All products and services as well....
whats wrong ??

Please try the steps in this AKN Article, you may have to make changes through the "Manage License" option in your account.
