verification email

Hi, I created an account but it says that I need to click the link in the verification email.  But I haven't recieved any email from you.  I kept trying to resend the email but still nothing appears in my email.

Welcome to the community..  It sounds like you have an educational account, so contact the education support team here.

 

In the meantime, you can download and install using the Autodesk Virtual Agent or

 

Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

Same problem. I created an account, but I did not receive any confirmation email from Autodesk. I resent it twice, still nothing since yesterday.

I am having a similar problem. I did recieve the verification email and clicked on the link. I was taken to the download page and a pop up box said I was verified and needed to login to install software. On login another pop up box said I needed to verify my email address. I tried to resend the verification email but no further emails have arrived.

Hi.  Having the same problem.  I clicked the verification link and set up my account, but every time I try the download link it says I must verify my email.  Help please.

Hello, I'm trying to verify my email but I haven't received an email, when I click the "Resend" link I still don't get the email.

I have also tried to verfiy my Education account with no luck yet. I have tried a number of times, and a verfication email has not yet arrived.

Hello,

im having problems with verification email. I was using 3ds max 2015 win10/64 version before, but i bought new computer and now when i want to download 3ds max it asks me for verification. I didnt recieve any verification email so i sent a ticket to support. First time i recieved response within 2 hours and it sayed:  

 
Thank you for contacting the Autodesk Education Community Support Team.
Your request (#219209) - has been received, and a specialist will review your case and contact you within 24 hours.
You may add information to your Case by simply replying to this email.
 
After that i didnt recieve any email from autodesk so i asked for help once more, without response.
 
Could you please send me verification email manually?

I'm having the same problem; however, I was wondering this issue has to do with the fact that I'm using my own personal email rather than my school email since my school email settings doesn't receive/send emails from/to outside the school email server.

I am having the same issue. I have contacted the support center, but have not had any luck in verifying my student email.

I cannot receive the verify e-mail when I create the the Education Community account.
When I login is showing "EmailNotVerified"
This is my registrar e-mail for your information.

i click many time to resend but never receive the verify e-mail
