Hello flaviatarr and welcome to the Autodesk community!

If you’re having trouble with the activation email, please note that sometimes the email can be accidentally routed to your spam or junk folder. Please check there.

Also, please note that you should be able to access your download and activation information by logging into Autodesk Accounts.

If you cannot access software in your account and need to download it now, please go to the Virtual Agent.

If none of those items helped, please submit a support request as follows:

Students should request to have the confirmation email resent via this form.

If you are having trouble with your Autodesk Account or an eStore purchase, please visit our order support page where you will be able to chat with a representative or submit a support request.

Hi, the virtual agent link send me to a Page Not Found. When i login in my autodesk account the software i need isn't there (MAYA). When i try to download Maya Free, i sign in and then it says i need to verify my email. The verification mail isn't in my account, not in my inbox neither in spam.

Welcome to the community...  Otto tries its best but most time misses the mark..  Smiley Wink

Is this a student account or a commercial license?

You can get the software downloaded and installed by following these steps then we will worry about your Autodesk Account (oh page @natasha.l for assistance on that)

Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

If you want the full recommended installation steps, click on the installation link in my signature.

However if the installation does fail using this method, please post your installation log file here so we can review it.  Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #.  Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.

Good luck on your installation and report back on your progress.

Nice, it's supposed to be an student license but i never had any option to choose that, stuck on the sign in part of the Maya Free download.

Great, right now im downloading from the Virtual Agent link you provided. I'll install following your steps as soon as downloads 😄

Verification process still pendant.

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome. Please review Steps for Setting-Up Student Software after you create an Educational Account outlined in the post and select product under the "All Products" tab. You will receive a serial number & product. Try doing this instead of signing into Maya. The post will guide you through the process.

Thank you for posting. Smiley Happy

Hello @Anonymous,

Where you able to activate the product by locating the information on your account and selecting "Enter Serial Number" on the LGS screen?

Please follow up with us on this post, we would like to know how it went.

Thanks. Smiley Happy
