PLEASE HELP!
I had a flood in my house so all my passwords have been lost. I have lost access to my account and I desperately need to access and reestablish my educator's account but have had tremendous problems. The "verification" emails don't come through. I have classes I need to teach and I simply don't have any way to get access.
The one time I was able to "chat" online with someone they refused to answer any of my questions and then abruptly ended the chat telling me they notified someone only to receive an automated email that no one replies to nor has an actual person contacted me for three days.
I am pulling my hair out. This is so unprofessional and it makes me look unprofessional to my students.
Can anyone help?

Which verification emails are you looking for? For verifying your email address, you would receive an email address from noreply@mail.accounts.autodesk.com.
For educational verification, the whole process is done on the education products page and no emails are sent except once your verification is confirmed.
Can you personal message me the email address of the account?
