I am 3rd party support for a machine shop that uses Autodesk Products. They are running Win10, AutoCad and Inventor Pro. We are trying to update both products through the Desktop App as well as downloading and running the executable for 2022.01. The installer runs through to 100% and then fails. This is the contents of the AutoCad installer file log. No method seems to work. I have already uninstalled all products and reinstalled the 2022 versions of these products and it still is happening. The products do open, we simply can't apply the latest update. Any ideas?

I've tried those solutions. I went ahead and tried those steps again. Same result. Product installs fine but cannot install the updates. Here is the full install log file for the AutoCad 2022.01 update. Pretty much the same info as in the Inventor update install file. I am intrigued by the line that says "The update is not applied to this product."

And now, have once again ripped everything AutoDesk from this PC (this is the 4th time). I can AutoCAD 2022 installed as well as Inventor Pro 2022 installed (with latest updates). Inventor opens just fine. AutoCAD gives me the error:
The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now
Have done all troubleshooting with regards to that error that I can find. Uninstalled the License manager, reinstalled the license manager, etc. Same result. Checked to see that License Manager responds on loopback IP and port - good. Turned off A/V - done. Installed under a different account that's an Admin account on PC as well-tried that. Always this same result. There are other production suite software products on this PC and I'd rather not wipe and start over as that could be incredibly expensive and time-consuming for this client as well as result in possible downtime for their shop. Any other suggestions?
Another item to check is the "User" assigned AutoCAD by the "Administrator". Have the person that is the "Administrator" on the account check their account at manange.autodesk.com to see if that particular user has been assigned AutoCAD and not just Inventor.
