Uninstall and re install AutoCAD 2011

i have an auto cad 2011  licensed version with me. I want to uninstall it from my desktop and install in my new laptop.will it works or i will loose my license.?

Autodesk provides support for current version & three versions back, older unsupported versions may not function on a newer operating system. Please review the system requirements before attempting to download & install. Did you purchase this product online, please be careful when purchasing product outside of our authorized sources like an authorized Reseller or Autodesk website.
