Unhandled Exception

Version :2020

Tried Clean Uninstall and reinstalled the same , even tried lower versions like the sept 2019, tried loading in safe boot too .But it doesnt load up , or it crashes as shown in the image provided below .

Can i Get some help here? Please

Sorry for the trouble. Could you please share your app log and web services log file?

Also, could you please share the email associated with your account? I can check the crash error report on my side for more information.

I've tried uninstalling by using the "fusion_360 cleaner" and reinstalled
it back again, updated my pc drivers too ,why do i have the similar
problems .

Could you please help with the following actions:
- Share the log files I requested in the message above.
- Perform a Manual Clean uninstall (NOT the automated uninstall tool) and reinstall Fusion.

Hi ,
I had earlier mailed the log files that you had request via gmail and
uploaded on autdesk community too .
if emails aren't viewable can you please forward me your email id through
which i can re-email the following as requested.

I am trying to install 3DS but it throws "unhandled error exception, terminating the app"

 

Could you please help me.

 

I have a student license. 

 

Only software I used from Autodesk before was Maya but I uninstalled it.
