Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0x0148) at address eb6302

Hello,

I have a user that is receiving the following error message for their DWG Trueview when trying to open multiple .DWG files: Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0x0148) at address eb6302eeh . We have about 6-10 other users that are experiencing no other issues with DWG Trueview so it's just this users machine. I will also attach a screenshot of the error message in a word document along with another screenshot showing that I turned off the Hardware Acceleration if that was possibly causing the issue. But alas that did now work either unfortunately. I have tried the following:

Reinstalled DWG TrueView 2019 twice

Repaired DWG Trueview 2019

Updated Drivers to newest version of users PC(Lenovo System Updater and Graphics Driver)

The only way we are able to get to see the file is if we simply keep clicking on the X (exit) to get out of the error message which does eventually goes away after 3-4 clicks. But then when we need to open another drawing we have to open task manager just to kill Trueview since it's displaying "Sorry the program is not responding". Like I said this is the only user experiencing this issue and I don't quite know what else to do. So I figured I'd submit a post, but I know it's a free software program.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

For the future there's no need to create separate documents and attach them here.  Due to security risk, users like myself will not or unable to open word documents.  Just use the photo tool in the posting toolbar and apply your images directly to your posting.

This could point to the following

1.  You need to >>clean out<< your personal temp (%temp) folder with in Windows.  You will not be able to delete everything but try to delete as many files and folders as possible.

2.  Run a repair on your Autodesk product.  Go to Windows Control Panel/Program and Features/Add & Remove Programs, locate your Autodesk product and right mouse select to uninstall/change.  Select repair when the menu comes up.

3. Most likely not the issue, but you could have an outdated graphics card driver or a card that's not supported.  Don't rely on Windows telling you its up-to-date.  Go directly to Windows Device Manager and locate your graphics card under dispay adapter.  Right mouse click on the card and select proprieties.  Go to the "Driver" tab and look at the driver date.

4.  Issues with Microsoft C++  --> https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-r...

5.  Issues with Microsoft Netframe https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-r...

In end try each one before moving onto the next one.

Hello,

I am still receiving this error message just on this users machine with the following troubleshooting tips you recommended. I honestly don't know where to go from here as a repair/uninstall and re-install simply does not work. I went through the exact order of 1-5 and nothing worked. I am still receiving the error message down below that I posted. Since you said you would not open the word document I posted the screenshot error message.

Thanks,
