I am attempting to generate a license file to license our copy of a 3-seat, network license of Civil3D 2014. I am able to register the product, but none of the options that are required to build the license file (hostname, IP, etc.) are presented to me. I simply get a page that shows the product registered and that's it. So, effectively, all of my CAD operators are DIW because the license server doesn't have an actual license file to use.
We paid for a 3-seat network license and it shows up in our portal as a 3-seat product, but I am not able to build a license key for LMtools. What is the issue and does anyone have a remedy for this? I've put in a ticket, but I have not received any subsequent responses to my request.
