Unable to put serial number activation on Maya 2020 Arnold License Manager

I'm trying to installing Maya 2020 app but having trouble and stuck after clicking enter a serial number.

and pop out a new window showing a triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle. When I clicked activate..

It showed me a license error window. I do try to look for arnold 6 license app but it's not available to download by student on their own device and updateing my AutoDesk manager but doesn't work. anyone can help?

Hello @Anonymous, 

As a student you have access to Autodesk Maya and/or 3ds Max, both include the Arnold renderer. If you'd like a standalone Arnold license for batch rendering or 3d DCC tools, it must be requested through the administrator of your educational institution.

Yes! it's already resolved by reinstalling and activated. thank you!

Hi Natasha,

I think it's the same problem.

I'm trying to install arnold on Cinama 4D r21. I've the serial like single users but from ArnoldLicenceManager I can't Activate product.
