unable to install Autodesk software

I can't install the software after downloading it- if failed after some few minutes

can anyone help here, please

Hi @abrahams_imuetinyan 

Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums!   As @Simon_Weel suggests, can you share any error messages or error codes that may have appeared? It would also be helpful to share any images or screengrabs of anything that shows.

Can you help with a few more bits of information:

 

1) What software 

2) What year?

3) How are you downloading if it for installation? 

 

Please also make sure you have the Anti-virus and firewall off.
