Unable to Install AutoCAD Architecture 2016 (Building Design Suite Ultimate)

Error while extracting.

Tried Re-Downloading few times. Same error.

Other Installers like 3DS Max 2016 extracts successfully

Hi rechnerpool,

 

Sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your installation.  I’d like to suggest downloading the product by a different method.

 

Try the following:

To Download:

  1. Go to http://upandready.typepad.com/
  2. Click on ASK - this opens Autodesk Virtual Agent window
  3. Click on Download Links
  4. Click on Autodesk Suites
  5. Then on Autodesk Building Design Ultimate
  6. Select the appropriate product and click the link to download.

To Install: 

  1. Make sure you Logon as an Administrator.
  2. Empty your TEMP folder.  To open the TEMP folder, hold down the Windows key and press the R key, then type %TEMP% in the open bar and hit Enter. Don't worry if it deleting doesn’t remove everything.
  3. Disable your Antivirus software.
  4. Disable UAC.

Lastly, install Building Design Ultimate by double-clicking any one of the downloaded files.

 

Please note that missing any of the above steps can prevent the successful installation of your Autodesk product.  Please do not hesitate to reply to this post if you are still having problems with your installation.
