Thank you for posting. We hope you received that answer you were looking for. The message indicates your version of Windows 10 is not supported with these 2019 versions. You will need to update your operating system.

Ensure you have enough disk space and privilages to write to that disk, try creating a new local admin user and install using that profile which get around UAC, disable all AV and firewalls.
